Dr. Mahesh Babu completed his MBBS from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Kolar, MS General Surgery, Rabindranath Tagore Medical College, Udaipur, MCh (Urology) Government Medical College, Trivandrum.

He was a Junior Resident: Department of Community Medicine in PES Medical College, Kuppam, Assistant Professor: Department of General Surgery, SDUMC Kolar, Department of Urology, Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences, Bengaluru, Consultant Urologist and Andrology: Department of Urology and Renal Transplant, Apollo Speciality Hospital, Nellore, A.P. As a team member he has successfully completed 25 renal transplants in 10 months, Consultant Urologist and Andrology: Department of Urology and Renal Transplant, Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, Whitefield, Bengaluru. Then transferred to Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, HSR Layout, Bengaluru till date.

Laparoscopic Urology – Lap Donor Nephrectomy, Lap Pyeloplasty (Including Pediatric - > 4 Years), Lap Pyelolithotomy, Lap Ureterolithotomy, Lap Ureteric Reimplantation, Lap Simple Nephrectomy, Lap VVF Repair.
Uro Oncology – Lap Radical Nephrectomy, Lap Partial Nephrectomy, Lap Nephroureterectomy, Radical Prostatectomy and Cystectomy.
Renal Transplantation – Laparoscopic Donor Nephrectomy, assisting in recipient surgery – performing Venous Anastomosis and Neoureterocystostomy.
