Achievements

• He has gained experience as a part of a multi-disciplinary team in managing cases of polytrauma. These included Genito-urinary trauma and other areas where urological opinion/intervention was sought.
• He has individually performed around 10 recipient transplantation, around 30 Open Donor Nephrectomy apart from either assisting or individually managing many complications & emergencies in Transplantation. He was actively involved in cadaveric Kidney transplantation, assisted in organ harvesting in many cases & individually procured organ in 2 cadaver.
• He has assisted & performed independently more than 750 cases of stricture urethra .The surgeries include simple end to end Urethroplasty to Urethroplasty with PPA, Staged Urethroplasty with or without BMG, dorsal & ventral on lay BMG Urethroplasty, Preputial Flap Urethroplasty, TURP & TUIP,TURBTVIU, Ureterorenoscopy, PCNL, Open urological surgeries, Uro - Oncology, Pediatric Urology, Andrology, Transplantation.
