He has a Diploma in Orthopaedics from Mysore Medical College & Research Institute Mysore, Karnataka, India. He has a Fellowship in Foot & Ankle from Golden Jubilee hospital, NHS, Glasgow (UK) MIPD (Edinburgh)

He worked as an Assistant Professor in Orthopaedics Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Trauma & Orthopaedics, Jayanagar, Karnataka, India & Akash Institute of Medical Sciences, Devanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He is a Senior resident in Orthopaedics, ESIC Medical College & Post Graduate Institute, Bangalore, India & Vydehi institute of Medical Sciences. He was also a Registrar in Orthopaedics, Mallya Hospital. He has completed Post Graduate Residency training in Orthopaedics from Sparsh Hospital, Electronic City Post, Bangalore, India.
